RD-33 MKISo what now ?
So can we declare this as marut 2.0
Either we can attempt to change engine but again 3-4 years
Or ig these are pressure tactics by upcoming regime might be forcing us to allow starlink and import of tesla cars

Where did AD guys got their info
Better try to fit rd engine into tejas. Waiting more for ge engines would be disaster.Just because they said they will deliver that doesn't mean they need to
If 20 engines can be delivered in March why can't they deliver 2 to three engines now which won't delay mk1a induction
Will R&D get Babus' duffer kids admission in Western universities ? If not, then no R&D.Hope this knocks some sense into our bean counting Babus and gormint and we invest real money in R and D without CAG threat looming on agencies involved.
same information was available in oct, what's new here?

Tareek pe tareekDon't know , I don't know from where AD mentioned mid of this year . March April is what I heard from earlier reports ..
These are some rudimentary tests that can be carried out post induction as well.
BC they haven't yet completed certifications and essential testing for AAM and EW suite
These guys have their own share of incompetency and blunders too
This is the Indian armed forces' top brass mentality. These are some rudimentary tests that can be carried out post induction as well.
Probably IAF is adamant that tests need to be carried out pre-induction without which they will not accept the aircraft into service.
Idk why people are prima facie blaming GE. HAL has not completed the development, its as simple as that. If they had, we would have got the first 2 Tejas mk1A by now. They have done a "First flight" of Tejas mk1A , but they cannot deliver a even one of them.
GE issues come later. Probably its sort of a cover up.
