Many a time you will see even the jawans (JCOs/Senior NCOs) not ready for small-arms/soldier-level modernization.

Then they'll have to train with the issued equipment, learn to use them properly and get accustomed to continue using them. Force modernization can't be held back for stupid reasons like this.

Why do they want robo kuttas and jetpack suits instead of making this tacticool shit standard for the infantry?
