The shocking part about the trouble in Manipur is the conflicting narratives. None of the state agencies seem to have a consistent story. The Army says one thing, the CAPF says another, and the State Police has its own version. Both sides have their own narratives, so right now it’s just a complete mess.

I don’t know much about the Tehelka situation—it seems old, considering the fatigue and money issues seem to be from before the 500/1000 ban, in my opinion. That being said, there are always a few bad apples, no matter where you are in the world.

The question now is, what’s the path to peace? It feels like the pressure has been released for now, but it’s only a matter of time before things flare up again, bringing us back to square one.
 
Kuki's ultimate goal is to have Zale'n-gam, a Pan-kuki state, like how Kurd dream of their Kurdistan. However, getting independent state is next to impossible so they will end with a Supra-state.

Church has built itself at grassroot level ( you can thank congress for that) and has successfully convinced that church has civilized so called "savage tribals" of NE.

But here's the catch, community/cultural identity is superior to religious identity so all is not lost.

Church enjoys public support because they funded and built schools and hospitals for people who had very difficult access to it whether or not they could afford it while congress led govt chose to completely ignore eastern states. Game in the east is atleast 2 decade long game of consistency.

Things have changed a lot in our favour since 2014. This will make church/western interest desperate and they will do stupid shit like they did in manipur (church becoming logistics base to prolong conflict) and slowly lose it's grasp and public support.

Whatever it is it doesn't happen with the govt doing this in regards to Mithais and Cookies

If you ask me govt should support Mithais atleast till the AR-15 wielding, Special Forces thread-heartburn causing, Myanmar-Civil War veteran Cookies are either dispatched to hell or go back where they came from.

I say Mithais not because "muh fellow hindoo" like some memberaans do but because
  1. All contained within Manipur with no significant Jaat bhoi populations across borders
  2. Good behavior earlier of giving up secessionist insurgency and joining the elections based political process
  3. For now unaligned in militancy to some foreign mai-baap unlike the Cookies with their US-Chinese patrons

I understand the GoI objective of maintaining the diversity of Cookie Mithai and Naga so no one group is absolute majority, divide and rule can be applied and the state can hopefully be kept away from the risk of a secessionist chimpout like how Nagaland and Mizoram type mono-tribe states are.

They are not bitches nor are they some minority with comedy numbers to run away.
These mithais had a kingdom once and the cookies and nagas were their subjects, the Imphal valley was always theirs and they won't run away, these North Eastern unga bungas( including Assamese who are Indic ) are built different.

My greatest fear is this will be a 3 way clusterfuck where all three sides will go after the govt, like in Bheek Lanka where our bois were sent for Piss Keeping between LTTE and Lankans.
 
Another police station was looted in Manipur, now the miscreants were from Naga community. Apparently there's a Assam rifles camp just next to this station. Wtf is happening. Looks planned ?

No they are not even getting that. These motherfuckers don’t deserve it. We should cut their size and area to one third to teach them a lesson.

This was minor compared to what has happened now, this was Thangkul vs Thangkul over a village dispute, will be sorted out soon.
