Them forming a 'comission' like that would constitute judicial overreach and set a bad precedent - any random Joe would then approach the courts seeking the formation of a comission on anything and everything. Milaards did well here.

so i want to ask a question, when the honourable courts are doing all this, why was no concrete steps taken by the government, they are there to bring proper legislation and formulate laws that are interpreted by the honourable courts; heck they rather strengthened the provisions in new BNS codes which can be, and most likely being misused against men for vindictive purposes

from 2017-18 some times to now 2024 ending, 2025 starting...countless lives have been lost, countless families have been ruined...but since victims have been men, it's all deafening silence from the government-administration as well as judiciary

This gormint has mostly mantained the status quo on Hindu family/marital laws (they have been tinkering with M laws but that's not really relevant here). Which is why they have been opposing the petitions seeking introduction of 'marital rape' laws.

A lot of social evils stems from the fact that men when they are most capable and virile are prohibited from marriage legally.
A hell lot of girls are getting pregnant at young age anyway. If the aim was to prohibit their fertility, then this act has failed. Fools think they can legislate nature and natural tendencies!

Because of overworked men.
Women, 99% of them, contribute nothing to the bottomline of the company.
They are great to look at, are very amiable professionally and are good as cheerleaders for men, it's just like American football. The cheerleaders form a part of the team, they are important- to look at, and for the players to copulate with. (It's another story that IT industry has a lot of simps)
