Can be done but it has to be the work of "fringe element protestors" and not Govt catching Kanglus and putting them in camps.

these kinglus r so stupid,,, they think our dams can store mansoon water also. if we didnt release mansoon water, that dam will also break down nd full filled dam distruction create bigger havoc in bangladesh . he is saying teesta river is contaminated nd bring disease also. than why they need teesta water, they hv enough rivers in bangladesh.
