As usual, what is likely happening is that BBS was cooking stats out of their ass. Their methodology is probably improving each year to give a more realistic figure

these kinglus r so stupid,,, they think our dams can store mansoon water also. if we didnt release mansoon water, that dam will also break down nd full filled dam distruction create bigger havoc in bangladesh 😂. he is saying teesta river is contaminated nd bring disease also. than why they need teesta water, they hv enough rivers in bangladesh.
