If they some sense than we can help them establish peace by Means of negotiations like how we did in NE.

Tatmadaw has lost substantial support amongst the Bamar people (the majority ethnic group), due to arrest. of Aung san suu kyi and subsequent pro democracy protestors of Bamar ethnicity. Biggest problem is they don't have any kind of ideological pull (like Communism, or Islamism as Pak army has), so its more difficult to rally people for them.

Btw, Aung san suu kyi was more pro-west and pro India than pro China. She did her schooling in St. mary's Delhi and College at Lady Sriram. She also worked here, was a fellow at IIAS Shimla. Also understands and speaks hindi.
