In Mumbai space is at a premium & that's what you pay for especially if the locality is considered a tony neighborhood.

Moreover that apartment is stripped down . The incoming tenant / owner is expected to bring his own stuff to do it up.

Check out the floor space area & do reverse calculations to find out the price per square foot . Your jaw will reach the floor .

Just another thing , before I forget , the society monthly maintenance charges would be at least a lakh most likely more than a lakh.

why tf are we still scared of making cities vertically and not horizontally?? south is not your ideal plate for earthquakes like northern states then why still clinging to spread horizontally??? even japan has high rise buildings being prone to earthquakes now and then what the hell are babus scared of ??
