lol... except for swimming pool in balcony, nothing is praiseworthy. indoor looks boring. 120 crore price tag for this apartment is laughable. may be its other two floor is good!!
In Mumbai space is at a premium & that's what you pay for especially if the locality is considered a tony neighborhood.

Moreover that apartment is stripped down . The incoming tenant / owner is expected to bring his own stuff to do it up.

Check out the floor space area & do reverse calculations to find out the price per square foot . Your jaw will reach the floor .

Just another thing , before I forget , the society monthly maintenance charges would be at least a lakh most likely more than a lakh.
