Many others are reporting this too, so true.
I have a question about general aircraft development practices and 5th gen aircraft development life cycle (especially that of Kaan).Big
IIT kanpur has developed transparent radar wave absorbing metamaterials named pvb & aptes/pvb. Potentially to be used in AMCA's canopy & eots outer cover & possibly in other programs too like tejas mk2 & tedbf.
The f35 uses similar modern solution instead of traditional iodine dopped canopy like in f22

Just my cent I have a idea how would 7th gen look likeIAF should go for UNFDEFINED 7gen near-space fighter in 2050s when USA, EU, Russia, China will be operating 6gen.

Heaviest a2a missile would be astra mk3.Is there an official or semi-official list of the most basic requirements for the AMCA? What will be the largest missile it can carry in its internal weapon bays, and how many of them? What will be its combat radius? And what are the desired supercruise and max speeds?
In there case they are getting consultancy ig in many key areas even under the table because that's how they progressed there mic so fast which is commendable. Nato & eu firms are blessings for them.I have a question about general aircraft development practices and 5th gen aircraft development life cycle (especially that of Kaan).
I am reading a lot of reports about such individual technology developments that will come to be used by our AMCA. Is that a standard prwctice to develop such large number of individual technologies prior to any prototype being built? Is this the same process that Kaan went through too? Do they have the technologies we have developed for our 5th gen? Or arey they developing them alongside their fighter?
Do my questions even make sense? I ask because I know little about aircraft development life cycle. I do understand that certain technologies need to be developed prior to an aircraft prototype being built but the way I have been reading about AMCA, it seems a majority of sub systems and complementary technologies that make a 5th gen plane an effective 5th gen plane are either already developed or well in their development stage and will be ready by the time prototype is ready. Am I wrong in this conclusion?
