on the 4.5gen AMCA with external pod, not EOTS, IRST, DAS.
Dont worry it is just a model. IOC jet will have everything...... inbuilt.

There is no harm is showing very obvious cardinal characteristics of 5gen jet in present era, especially when 5gen jets are getting MLU to become 5.5gen.
So why our DoD is reluctant? Just bcoz other models don't do it?

Someone might say that TFX, KFX dodn't do it, even FCAS, GCAP, NGAD not doing it, so why should we?

It is fixed, so it is DAS, not EOTS.

So amca will DAS on its body for 360° coverage, also IRST( will also fulfill FLIR role for IR terrain mapping), but laser designator is still left out,
Does it has integrated laser designator? Or will have to carry external pods for that?
