First thing to understand is that the backbone of UPI is NPCI.

They integrated all of these banks into a single backend and made settlement of payments seamless between them.

All this is done with zero transaction fee instantly. No other country has this level of seamless integration. With digital wallet, you can only transfer money to users who use the same app for settlement. With UPI you can send the money anywhere you want instantly. It's revolutionary.

In the US, Zelle only works with other Zelle users, Venmo only works with other Venmo users and Google Wallet and Amazon Wallet only work with payment gateways that have the integration. With UPI all those settlements go to a common backend which does the settlement across all platforms with zero transaction fees.

To be frank, u guys have many ways of definition of things, I haven't touch any physical note for 8 yrs.

I remember you claimed India had more roads than China. We don't quite compare those numbers with India in our cyber spaces, if you check weibo, most such comparison made by India and western media.

Govt Shifts to ‘Lane Kilometre’ Concept to Calculate Road Length

To be frank, you don't know what a lane-kilometre even means. A 100km 4 lane road and 100km 8 lane road are not the same.

@rockdog

We even have world's first double decker electrification. I don't think you comprehend the achievement. By the way 100% electrification means, no passengers on any roof unless you want to get fried by the 25KV live wire. Show me a Chinese double decker freight train with electrification.

Dasgupta, a former NHAI chairman during whose tenure the National Highway Development Programme was launched in the 90s said, “Instead of using lane km, a much better measure to show the sector’s growth will be the expenditure on construction. This will show the increase in spending.”

Abhaya Agarwal, partner (infrastructure), EY India said that internationally lane km is used quite frequently. “It is a better representation of the activity on the ground. It will give a better picture year on year.”

These are international systems of measurement of highway / expressway construction. How come nobody questions it when that's the system the world follows including China but it becomes an issue when India does ?

How India moved so quickly. More than 12,000 miles of track were electrified in India between 2011 and 2020, and another 12,000 miles were electrified from 2020 to 2023. Support came from the top. “India's prime minister set a really clear directive that he wanted India to get to 100% electric rail,” Agelidis says.

By 2024, almost 100% of India's rail is electrified. What is China's rail electrification coverage?
Be careful of such comparison. Look at how much total rail kms China has over India. It’s like 4 times or so. Even if China is at 25%-30%, it means that China’s total nbr of electrified rail kms nearly matches India’s total nbr of electrified rail kms.

China has 159,000 km of railways in operation, of which 45,000 km are high-speed railways.

The electrochemical rate was 75.2%.

China is indeed the country with the most electrified railway miles

This is the kind of racism the Han indulge in & it's not just restricted to the Japanese . Every nationality , nation ethnicity & race are subject to these slurs. Ask me , I've experienced it first hand in Hong Kong & Shanghai.

Indian Road Network

Our only area with low connectivity is North East, and that is being solved at lighting speed.

Chinese Road Network. You can clearly see the difference.

I think in the old forum, you claimed that China had conflict on the border with India, because of running out of land on that area, i was shocked about your lack of knowledge about geography, i taught you there was a concept of "Hu Line".

Why we need to build road on no-man zone in Tibet and desert of Xinjiang?

Heihe–Tengchong Line

Economic zone on eastern, so we built more roads on east.

Same as for river-sea transportation, your road connectioin of India didn't help your economic growth, especially the export, even China's inner river is busier than your sea ports.

Actually, i don't quite make comparision here in the forum between India and China, i don't know why you are so obssessed on it. I think 6 times GDP says a lot, you don't need to show those vids of India progress here in this thread, it's wasting resource of forum and off topic.

PLZ, post your India progress elsewhere, this is the wrong thread.

6 times GDP gap between China and India exist every sector.
