First of all, naah Mate. I just try my best to learn things and whatever you see is the by-product.

Not limit, but there's not really any point of using these weapons. Especially considering the efforts it takes to make and deliver them. Cost is an issue too.

Really, like in any weapon you'd find one specific purpose for which it was designed. Let's say BrahMos; make an anti-ship missile that's quite hard to intercept. What's this for MOAB?
And even if there's one, how relevant it would be in tomorrow's conflict?

Let's say you want a large blast radius. With a MOAB weighing almost 10 tonnes you get a blast radius of around 2km.
For 10 tonnes you can carry 10, 1,000kg bombs each with a blast radius of around 300m. But with modern GPS kits you can carefully draw a grid of where each bomb would land. Like here's the blast radius of 1 MOAB compared to that of 10x Mk-84; both weighing 10t in total

But 10x smaller bombs gives you some advantages
• you don't need a specialized carrier, even a lightweight fighter can carry 2x 1,000kg bombs each
• you can assign bombs based on targets like a single bomb for a large area with multiple canvas tents but two bombs on the building that has command center. You don't get this level of planning with MOAB
• you can also use multiple warhead types like 2x bunker buster, 4x high explosive and 4x fragmentation. In MOAB it's just one thermobaric warhead

Only purpose could be for pulverizing well built deep underground targets.

Bigger cities having Landfill looks shithole. I have one near my house. Currently in the cleaning phase, but can't even pass the area without blocking your nose. Standing for 10 mins you may vomit it out.

Need to remove Landfills. People dump everything there like E-Waster, Medical-Waste, Non-Bio, Bio. Also with screwed up AQI in Delhi these were all primary health hazards. Impacts Air, Water and people's livelihood.

MOAB is made-up of extremely thin almunium shell as it's supposed to air-burst and disperse it's thermobaric mixture without minimal obstruction. And then after a millisecond or two, this fuel air mixture gets detonated. If you try to use a MOAB on underground targets then the result would be something like a cartoon bullet getting squished after hitting a hard surface.

For underground targets you'd need good ol bunker busters; like say BLU-109s.

Pretty sure if GOI/Delhi Gov wanted to find a solution, they could find one. There are a couple of examples for properly dealing with things like these.
For example, build something like CopenHill plant and burn the garbage down! It will reduce the volume significantly while recovering money through recovered metals etc.
Utilise the energy generated from incinerating the waste for EV stations or powering the shithole areas besides the one in Delhi.

But for anyone who might stumble across this post, this is AVIC's aircraft production facility, Xi’an-Yanliang

Look it up on satellite maps and you'd find 16 Y-20s just casually sitting there; more than half of our total strength of strategic airlifters. When technically we should have a similar strength as we have almost similar number of Army personnel.

When on a cold evening of 1260, the Sufi poet Rumi was asked to give advice to the distressed defence FanBois of India, he replied:
"Out beyond the ideas of Feeling Paraud Indian Army and DhotiShivering, There is a field. I'll meet you there."

Infact I'd say that it's excellent compared to not just our competition but even the top global powers considering we've 30 more years of demographic dividend.

But that's just half the story, the other half is how effectively are we going to utilize this demographic dividend; and only time would tell that. Like on paper we've such good numbers of engineers graduating every years. But compare that with the quantity - quality of patents being filed each year or the impact score of the research papers being published.

Here's my vision

1.1 Remove every single caste/religion/minority based reservations from all the educational institutions.
1.2 Have a small reservation for specially abled people because even God has betrayed them.
1.3 And as for "reservation" just have one comprehensive, income based "reservation system" like if your income is X, the fee of this course in this college is Y then government would provide you (Y-X)=Z. Have strict measures to prevent anyone from gaming the system by things like forging fake BPL documents.
1.4 Drastically increase the number of education institutions and their quality. Definitely we need good UG and PG colleges but we need exponentially better education system for 1-12th, especially in the hinterlands.
1.5 I don't think most of the kids in Class 1 indulges in Brahmin - Rajput - Chamar bs, so start "indoctrinating" them from that stage only with good quality education and worldview by having good quality free, sarkaari skool. Stop the discrimination at this stage only
1.6 If this works well then when he or she would come out of this system in 12th then they'd have had so much of good education that they can compete easily with everyone based on just their merit without needing any caste based reservation. "Mohan Paswan" who enrolled in class 1 is now just a student who got 87% in CBSE 12th; there's no sign of caste left.
1.7 And in case someone is meritorious but not financially capable then we already have our income based reservation system in place. So doesn't matter if you're a bhutiya or a santhal or a sandilya brahmin...if you're meritorious and can't pay the fee then government would help.
1.8 And if you're not meritorious then why the hell are you not meritorious? When there was free, indiscriminate education from 1-12th with sufficient capacity for every child then still how did you lag!?
1.9 Absolutely no reservations in companies. Maybe a small percentage for veterans or agniveer to encourage people to join military but that's it. Everything on merit.
1.10 Deal with all the caste issues of say a tribe in Chattisgarh by improving infrastructure there, not by reserving seats for them in a college in Bangalore.
1.# Now this one's a bonus, when you'd implement this then multitudes of people would riot, arson, damage public properties for no concrete reasons...simply arrest them, withdraw every single government support (even Aadhar card) and keep them in for few years.

2 We can do this. If the next say CM is OBC then OBC quota increased to 40%. If the one after is SC then now SC quota becomes 40%. And then the CM is ST so now ST is 40%.

How come this happens in America that whole city got burnt down in fire incidents??

Some how they can't isolate the fire.

Does it also come under good quality of life and services.
