Ive been told its probably yesterday's group
About yesterday - Two teams of tangos attacked the army men carrying ration and other necessities. First they hurdled grenade and then they opened fire from automatic assault rifles. The tangos used steel core bullets to ensure those inside the trucks got hit. Despite being under such heavy ambush and suffering injuries, our men retaliated, forcing terrorists flee into the forests.

Reinforcement took some time to reach the ambush location, reason? The insufferable road condition.

He is all bark. No bite!
Don’t be fooled. If the IA does take revenge it will probably be like Operation Ginger in 2011, where it was hidden from the public only released in 2014 (even then no army man has spoken on it publicly afaik). The reason we don’t want reactions mike we got during surgical strikes or Balakot Bombing.

Yup. I’ve seen a pic of of the one of the injured chaps. His leg was shot. Had our men not retaliated they would have finished off the entire vehicle

What I have been thinking about is how these mfers quietly wait for 7 months and straight up killed almost half a dozen of our soldiers.. they tried to hit IAF truck but failed.. and that was barely 100m from nearest radar. This time they would had killed way too many, had the LMG guy not retaliated. In the video, I saw many guys who were wounded but got saved. otherwise..

This will be the norm in relatively peaceful areas. In other places they'll keep on going for hit-and-run fidayeens at a higher frequency.

Which also means AFSPA continues & GoI can postpone elections in the Valley citing security situation. Who knows what the calculation is here ?!
