Less slums? lol.
Among regional countries, Pakistan has the highest ratio of slums as a percentage of the total urban population. In Karachi and Hyderabad alone, there are around 1,300 slums, as per Unicef. One of which is Orangi Town, with the dubious distinction of being amongst the five biggest slums in the world. In 2016, an estimated 2.4m people lived there, more than the population of Paris.
At the brink of a default, the country has little left to give to those at the bottom of the pyramid, who struggle to survive in slums even in best of times.

Access to basic household stuff??
Annually, Pakis buy just;
81,000 Cars, mostly Suzuki Alto (India car sales were 4.2 million in 2023)
1 million Motorcycles that too CD70 types (India 2W sales were 18 million in 2023)
>1 million Refrigerators, 99% direct cool ones (India fridge sales 14 million, 45% frost free)
1 million TV sets (India 22 million, including ~10 million Smart TVs)
16 million Smartphones with ASP of $105 (India sales ~160 million, ASP $294)
500K Air Conditioners (India AC sales 14 million units)
But yeah the clown wants us to believe that an average Paki has higher access to household appliances and stuff.
Heck even their "defense analysts" live like this;
