It would have been a multi dimensional push... khalistanis in Delhi through Haryana for riots + western diplomatic support for khalistan referendum.

Were Saudi or Pakis ever held on the gunpoint for global Islamic terrorism... like India is being treated for allegedly eliminating a khalistani and plotting the killing of another?

Punjab doesn't belong to Sikhs only, atleast 50% of Punjab population is non Sikh officially. They want a referendum on Punjab soil, where only Pagadidharis will be allowed to participate and they will decide the future of Punjab, quite strange. Ye andhergardi kab tak chalegi bhai... they want to cutoff India from Kashmir, stop flow of water into canals of Haryana, Delhi and Rajasthan. They want to hold us at gunpoint, and here we are playing politics, allowing so called farmers to go on rampage, allowing non-serious political parties like AAP to contest elections. It looks like Indians still not able to fathom the gravity of this terror being sponsored by foreign intelligence agencies.

Trade and diplomacy should be treated differently. If we target their pension fund,rest assured that FDIs and FIIs will dry up quickly, severely impacting India's economic growth.

China and America's relationship remained tense for almost 80 years, however, this did not impact their trade relationship. Even to this day when the US is working on several anti-Chinese programs, they still are economically heavily dependent on each other.

And Punjabi Hindus declared Hindi as their mother tongue for beginning with the Singh Sabha reformation movement they increasingly targeted the syncretic practices of Sikhi turning it more into an Abrahamic cult apart from exerting their dominance in those parts thereby alienating not just the Punjabi Hindus but various sects practising Sikhi as well.

Punjabi Hindus rightly feared that this JuttSikhi dominance of Sikhi for it was JuttSikhi which dethroned the Khatri Sikhs from thei dominant position in the hierarchy of Sikhi with which the Punjabi Hindus were more comfortable with , would eventually come back to haunt them & they weren't wrong at all as later events proved.

that's a misdirection, either they are too stupid to not know what's happening in their own country or deliberately trying to obfuscate the real issue.

canada has bigger problems than student visa , canadian gormint last year has reduced the standards of verification even for visitor visa saying they don't have resources to clear 2 million visa check backlog. for example : even if someone didn't have return ticket could still get tourist visa.

they closed the loophole recently.

State of over 33 million individuals, packed in an area covering almost 50,000 sqkm, totally dependent on agriculture, no natural resources, no glaciers, debt ridden economy, dependent on central government for MSP and bailouts . Khalis want to carve out a landlocked state in such hostile environment surrounded by enemies, how the hell it is possible ? Sikhs are going to be a minority in Punjab itself due to conversion to Christianity of Dalit Sikhs and they are so delusional that somebody will serve them Khali-sthan on platter. If hypothetically we believe them then where will the Hindus go ? If I take all of these issues under consideration I came to the conclusion that this issue is only for creating mayhem in northwestern India but I don't think it has the capability to cause any further damage. It certainly has the capability to reignite militancy where encounters of terrorist become new normal and it has potential to cause irreparable damage to Punjabs wellbeing and economic prosperity. One final conclusion of this fiasco is that MacSikhs are loyal pet of Anglo Saxon .
 
It's wrong to think pappi jappi will solve the issue or Canadian pappu or his successor will let the matter go, the only viable option is to open criminal cases against US1 and CA1 in Indian courts for Punjab terrorism and CC1 should have been arrested if only these two were arrested.
Nothing stops moodiji to take help of Indian Judiciary to pay back CIA and five eyes in their own coin.

and there are thousands of US1 and CA1 since the '80s . The list is there it's upto GOI to take it up or else like the Chinese episode we can turn the page.

Militancy is not returning. One of the biggest causes of insurgency in Punjab was the open border with Pakistan. With that now completely fenced and patrolled heavily, it's next to impossible to run a guerilla warfare in a plain region like Punjab.
