Looks like Government handed a deal. They toe in line, they will get to rule. Afterall those bunch doesn't give a shit about Kashmir and all about Power. But, time will say what happens until those locals figure out those in power in puppets. Maybe BJP should always be two steps ahead like Jooz. Cultivate opposition also who spreads the ruling is a puppet while they themselves a puppet in shadows.

I thought 56" had shades of megalomania . In his defence I'd say he's a politician & needs the publicity besides creating an aura. This guy tops him by light years. If I didn't know better I'd say he's angling for a post retirement sinecure.

He's claiming he didn't know how to resolve the Ayodhya case so he sat before the Lord ( Sri Ram) & asked HIM for guidance .

You're free to interpret it as you want . That he's free from blame , that he had the ear of the Lord or that the judgement / solution is divinely inspired.

Also should explain the basic structure doctrine of the constitution though his father opposed it in the original case - Keshavand Bharati , thereby siding with the government but later started referring to it in subsequent judgements.

Is this his way of getting back at BJP & Hindus for the pressure that he was allegedly "subjected to" for a "favorable verdict" which under another dispensation would have gone in the opposite direction?

An attempt to dampen one of the biggest victories Hindus have had?

Or just a motormouth?

Neither . He's just an extremely vain man who's perturbed nobody's noticing he's close to retirement & penning their gratitude for his many contributions to the nation or singing paens to his judicial wisdom .

So he's taken it upon himself to remind them .

What kind of narrative is this, 'Samvidhan ki Raksha' ? Which clause says that prevent the constitution from being amended? Any thing which prevents constitutional amendment is anti democratic. Useless and illogical crap!
