Amidst all the doom and gloom in this thread, NDA finally manages to get majority in RS.

Probably this sentiment continues until we see some action in the winter session? Meanwhile leaderji should use this time to build consensus among its allies and be ready for any repercussions.

Modi needs to bite the bullet and send in the fucking army. Unfortunately both Modi and Shah have become cowards to the core. They no longer take big decisions. They are coasting on the success of the last decade without taking on any big issues related to Hindus. It has been fucking 3 months now since election results yet there has been no BJP President. They are not even trying anymore. They don't care about the coming state elections. They want BJP to die with them. I underestimated their fucking arrogance.

Unleash violence and take complete control of the state citing national security? Hunt every TMC haramkore and shoot them dead. Hunt every Islamist and Kanglu subhuman. What will Modi lose by these actions? Nothing. Take NDA allies into confidence and let them know these actions are necessary. This is far better than doing nothing. Modi was feared and respected when he came to power. Now no one respects or fears him. If you don't walk the talk this is what happens.

Exactly. If we have to go by the book we will continue to suffer. Did Congress always go by the book? They bent the law according to their whims. Remember when elections were postponed after that namak haram Rajiv was assassinated. Was postponing elections there in the book? Nope. BJP has to set a precedent that they will do what is necessary to protect national security. That fucking bitch is challenging the Central government that she will burn the entire country down, and here we are talking about history books LOL. That is the helplessness we are in.

Application of art 356 is subjected to debate. If we look at the current situation of WB through the prism of constitutional machinery failure, Prez rule is still not applicable.

Since we are taking about the Prez rule, polling violence in WB, turmoil in PB before Amritpal's case, Jat andolan, Delhi govt during Farmers protest(art365, disregarded executive orders), Manipur violence. Cases like this are serious violations of the constitution and should lead to President's rule.

Anything other than this doesn't fit to the definition of constitution failure. And the union govt can end up as a laughing stock before judiciary, a case like SR Bommai.
