solutions exist without having to move the capital :

- smoke from stubble burning : either as a result of farm laws or on their own, punjab and adjacent region farmers planting anything other than rice and wheat for the season before.
- smoke from power plants : solar plants + rooftop solar.
- vehicular pollution : electric vehicles for in-city travel.
- smoke from winter fires on roads : public electric heaters (preferably connected to rooftop solar)

this will cover most of the particulate matter.

remaining ones are industrial pollution, and road dust. there is a commercial cost to solving these two.

i suppose next opportunity to solve this will come around the time renewables reach 500 gw capacity, in the meantime EVs need to give a good value proposition for mass transition(from ICE) for delhi NCR wallahs.

even with all this, AQI is unlikely to go below 150. but it is better than what it is now.

Hard Power is bigger than PR in my opinion. For goras you will be pajeet, smelly indian, Yoga, Namaste, Slumdog millionaire.

Why not shift the capital further south say in MP instead ? Look at the US in this respect . None of their capital cities be it the national capital or that of the states are top cities either in terms of industries or hosting financial corporations or the service industry or even real estate. It is not possible and it requires huge money. Same money can be used to fix the problem.

Honestly it requires multi year planning to mitigate this issue. Need to take care of stubble burning, regulate industries which is releasing air pollutants and water pollutants, Switching of Coal power plant to Nuclear, Solar, Wind, BESS, Removal of dust in roads, Dumpyards needs to be fixed.

Changing capital is like failing to fix basic things for an city.

The author of the video said that Cricket was better in the hands of British as well as highlighted Sachins ball tampering and BCCI bullying England and SA.

Now what he said is very true and people might say it is going down. But that's not what I want to discuss. I want to highlight that this video was very liked by Two nations across our border in East and west. They appreciated the self critsim either with good intention or most likely feeling infuriated by Indias success.

Why I am tagging you guys?
I find this video to be a good psychological analysis point of how people in our country and outside it react to Indias rise and domination of a particular field that has global affect.

The statement "India ruined Cricket", "Cricket was better in the hands of British" is something I believe is to outlandish.
Some Indians wholeheartedly agree with the above statements that we were not suited for championing the cause of cricket or we were better as underdog.
Personally I do not belive Indias position is something to gloat over. Cricket won't necessarily be better under British infact we might have been bullied by them.
What's interesting is how the audience believes we don't deserve to have such a sway on cricket.

As @Vinash mentioned, cricket would have been long dead if India did not win 1982 WC and cricket became the major game in India!

We all know how cricket was run for century under British and Australians where they were the only major cricket playing nation and were happy playing bi-yearly among themselves. The other minor players were also colonial places like NZ, RSA and Indian Subcontinent.

If you lived or grew up around Armed forces sectors in cities then you would realize why!

its a common facet of all major militaries in the world. basically military people move around a lot, the average military baby spends time in like half a dozen bases/cities till they turn 18.
This is inherently more promotional of libbu views, because when you keep growing up in changing settings + not getting a lot of sanskaar from your family ( military families are not your regular church/temple going regular folks either), you end up libbu.

Problem is there is no natural ideological ally of BJP at global stage. All abrahamics think hinduism as satanism, hence no possibility of strategic alliance with western right wing. There is tactical alliance with Zios, since they are also fighting against Islamist.

There needs to be some kind of strategic alliance with Hindu, Buddhist, confuscian and orthodox cultures (least expansionary christians). But that won't happen till India is underdeveloped shithole.
