Like I said before to @Vinash. India is not a democracy but a kneejerk republic. You can ram a Porsche into innocents and still roam free but mass-outrage against a cringe joke would prompt statewide legal actions sponsored by the government.

This is interesting & I mean not just the news but the platform dispensing it. Adv Rizwan Ahmed who tries & mostly succeeds at being neutral & apolitical.

Here he's commenting on the demolition of the Kushi Nagar mosque for violation of statutory rules.

Apparently up to INR 10 cr were spent on its construction & in response to repeated notices from the administration the mosque administrators moved the HC receiving a stay order.

YA government waited for the stay to lapse & immediately swung into action the very next day bringing down the illegal structure.

Apparently the action has shifted / will shift to the SC.

India is under a deep influence of fabian socialist methods, fabian socialism believes in bringing a slow changes instead of loud and abrupt ones.

in the last round as well in 2010's, this started the same way. a gaali here a scandal there, and few years later these bollywoodias were sitting on our heads in name of activism.

over reaction is the only solution till a better solution is found.

we don't even know how much of current behaviour of Indian masses, has been deeply influenced by these fabian socialist strategies. the way Indian public thinks about gormint and economy are ultra socialism influenced. it's the same reason many people on this forum too, have a first instinct to bring gormint into every conversation.

Taking serious action against an useless comedy skit which is always an Urban thing.

Is this really an issue where State CM should be involved and be discussed in Parliament?
And what does Hemanta Biswa has to do in this case?
We have enough issues where we need attention of these CM rather than what crap these comedians serving in their YouTube shows!​

And SC recently asked Assam to deport Kanglus back instead of keeping them in detention centres. You can imagine even SC had to intervene to do the rightful which is expected from a right wing government. Look at the priorities now

Remember the IC-814 aircraft hijack? The government was extremely reluctant to use force while the aircraft was within Indian territory and later opted for a shameful compromise.

All of that because allegedly, some people with "connections" were traveling on that aircraft.

both congress and bjp voting boomer and middle aged unkil class are like this in country, you had dhruv rathee proudly proclaiming that he doesn't use cuss words in his video. Fundamentally these are salient effects of pre-industrial socialist society, if you notice most religious countries in yurop are former soviet states, when a govt acts like your super-parent, eventually entire societal system turns into one age group trying to rule other.

our socialism is unique type, its doesn't really come with liberalism , beerbiceps jokes are pretty tame compared to what your avg 8th class student talk among each other. but bcoz he said it openly he's being hounded.

People jumping on him want attention nothing else, you have x accounts that make sex*al assault jokes trying to be moral police . Outrage is the cultural norm here, people need something to yell and be angry at.
