Argentina is a nation not very much into US camp and hence is in a position like ours where they dont have so much cooperation in SF.

They have developed slow like us but recently i am seeing them modernise quite quickly.

Here we are not questioni g there purchase but rather cost it is like paying for 3 comtacs and getting only one
And in General trend in military procurement is if a equipment in civilian market is 1000$ military buy it for 600-900$ military gets it for cheap in our case it seems to be opposite we payed three times for it
Now I am happy if they purchase something but paying three times the price for already expensive is insane for context you could easily get over ear comtacs used by nato sf for around AVG 500$ (there are expensive one sure but we are talking about good one with normal budget) now compare it to ours 3,363$

Coming to the price you quoted, well we don't know how much and what they bought exactly and what price did the government pay. If you are saying that govt paid three times the price then it will be under vigilance and subject to internal inquiry.

Not just Para SF but all special forces are already coming under IAS when AFSOD is fully operational under IDS. I just said that some one who has extensive counter intelligence experience should be the ad hoc in Minister's office dealing with AFSOD in tandem with CDS office. All the orders and permission will come from Minister's office directly.

Just like you have PMO and SG is under PMO, NSG under direct command of Home Minister similarly all SF will be under direct command of DM's office. It is very much possible that some one from IPS will head Para SF.

Them ,Filipinos and Ruskies are doing a good job which is much much better than us.

I have seen few affrican sf with much better gear than ours with country who are nothing and thier defence budget is nothing still well equiped i was surprised
We on other hand have tech here in India and enough budget but still when we see at pc with para we all feel like we have seen something big

Price i quoted is the real price govt payed its all in open government ordered 340 unit₹ 2,83,489/per unit where per unit cost was close to ₹ 84,283

If we had given order directly to silynx i think we could have easily gotten 1000 units on same cost rather than one 340 unit with 3x price thank to sapl fab defence
