Uff those PC without plates in such a big exercise is such a weird site forget about attachments we don't even have plates in our one of the biggest annual SF excercise doing well

I think apart from SFF and MARCOS no other special force is trained to dive out during tactical descend from an aircraft.

What's SWS and PCU?

SWS stands for Support Weapons Squadron, basically a small SF inside NSG trained in various skills and roles like CQB, anti-Hijacking, Diving, CFF, Paramotoring, demolition, etc.

PCU is Phantom Cdo Unit, no too much in public about this but its somewhat how SG is treated while being a part of SFF...
