We won't spend nearly as much on the individual soldier like US does, until we become a high income country ourselves with 4 times the GDP than now. And an HDI score within the global top 50. America spends the equivalent of 20% of current Indian GDP on Defense. We can't spend more than 3%.

Only The Rebel Alliance will be Manned. The Empire forces most likely will all be Gen II/III Droids.

IronMan Base Tech should be Circa 2040-2045. By 2069 we should be well in the throws of Adaptive AI and not this G-AI BS
