Yes Navy might be at fault but the problems with ferries can't be ignored to the safety measure rules are suggestions in this country (no vests and overcrowded is what I am hearing rn) imagine not wearing vests on a bloody boat wouldn't have in any serious country we also lost some people few months back because of this no vest drama on boats(some river or pond I don't remember) it's time to adress issues on both sides .

What's the relation between engine and rudder, they both should work independently, unless some glitch in control system due to loss in power etc.

Safety measure are safety suggestions in this country no matter the field used to work in architecture industry half the engineers didn't know what safety equipments are forget about using them and it's the same in factories infact it's even worse there

The higher the speed the more the radius of turn.

As a reddit mod, I can tell you that we don't have tools to geoblock or else if I was that sub reddits mod, I would do exactly that with nearly every Indian account posting on SF/Militaryporn threads! Every one would need a mod approval before being let in!
