Indian Special Forces

Not any bullpup system for sure, Congrats @Noob !
Finally 😀
Oh really, when will we see them doing night ops in Kashmir?
Whenever they wish the pics are proof they are pouring in and Marcos are seen using them already using NODs in night ops depends on their SOP now when will they change it is a question for men in the uniform on top not me. If your counterparts can do it in the valley you should do now it's up to them to decide but changes are happening I can only tell you that.

Check out this video from SFTS Nahan from a decade back - the weapon profiling and overall kit looks good enough for that time.

monoculars, a handful mepro mors, in ear comms etc.

Some significant changes as of now:

Sako is the std bolt action rifle, mepro mor pro is replacing itl mars, a new vertical wind tunnel as opposed to the makeshift suspension dangling arangement in the vid.

It would have been so easier to spot more modernisation had the other airborne units not been converted to SF.

And this is what has black pilled much of us

I remember seeing this video at the time and many of us were so excited to see SF content. And whilst the kit wasn’t great it wasn’t terrible for the time, I’m sure much of us expected the modernisation cycle/process to be linear from here, always on an upward trajectory yet that’s not what happened, in fact I’ve always maintained that 2012-14 is where PARA SF stalled and have remained around tbjs level ever since. You can see almost all this same kit spec in service today- FLCs, ACH, comns etc

Arey isko camera hi pakda do..kum se kum footage toh milegi Twitter page k liye.

On a serious note there is a community that is know to recently get rich by selling land in the last 20 years or so.

Now to show the lack of education and class how do they make up…by buying big cars and clothes..which still doesnt bring the etiquettes.

Indian Army is like that …they dont know proper drills..are night blind…lack innovation and execution..lack equipments but guess what they buy…

Robo kutta and Jet pack.

Both are useless but bring the wow factor in front of uneducated mass.

sorry doggy

What's with the robo dog hate ? It's not a gimmick and has multiple use cases unlike jetpack !
Chinese and Americans are using them and testing various applications. Attaching a pic of a seal using the diver harness for the robodog

Its a valuable addition to any K9 elements be it in SWAT or SOF role

We need to setup one SF unit specifically for CBRN ops , these robo dogs will be very useful in that specific use scenario .

We really need a CBRN trained SF unit as we might need to enter the biohazardous kanglu land .

IIRC 3rd SFG specialises in CBRN/Below terrain Ops. They regularly train for that in SK and Europe.

It’s because army corruption was peak at this time lolz. Plus forget Para SF basically the entire Indian Army stalled around this time, in terms of modernizing and operation results.
