Seems like there is a lot of hooplah about the final chance to get a ceasefire to get the hostages back. Netanyahu wants to control a corridor into Egypt and set up full monitoring over traffic from South to north gaza that would prevent arms smuggling into Northern Gaza, which Hamas is rejecting.

However, that deadline is being imposed by Washington, rather than the warring parties. And the Israeli prime minister and the leaders of Hamas do not seem to feel that same sense of urgency.

This is kind of political. Dems are balancing the threat of their base (particularly Michigan - swing state with a LOT of Arabs) staying home on election day with the threat of too much Zionist/AIPAC money going to Trump. Biden admin wants to gift this public message to Harris - "we got a ceasefire that protects Israel's security" I don't think either group will be satisfied, regardless.

,I guess it seems Netanyahu is going to give up on the remaining hostages and continue fighting until it's logistically possible to annex Gaza. The question is whether or not a regional war will be triggered. If that war happens before November 5th, Trump will probably win the election. This may be Netanyahu's calculation tbh. He's not going to openly say he wants to be attacked by Hezbollah/Iran/Egypt (maybe Jordan/Syria or Turkey??) for obvious reasons but he knows US will support them because if they don't the Democrats will never win another election. With Trump's victory the US will give far more support for Israel to do what they want.

1) I think the 350 millions arabs and 80 millions turks remembered Israel is a nuclear power.....
2) I think all are against Israel beause it is israel, but not a single made a proposal to take some thousand poor gazaoui people on its soil.... Palestinians are a plague for everyone, including arabs.

Videos being shared on social media seem to show the pagers ring, then exploded...

Now what kind of technology is being processed by Israel where they can make pagers explode. Also they may be able to do the same to mobile phones too. Which is I think close to science fiction....😬😬
