right now use digital cammo in thick forest and we could go for indian specific multi cam for dessert and ladakh and due to versatile nature of multi cam it could be easily used in jnk too
Instead right now we have different different cammo in single unit in every unit there are different cammoflage

You can't carry radars with you because power constraints and obviously, we love our manhood. You can't always keep scanning the sky because then you'll lose situational awareness and also things like sun or foliage can obscure it. So the only thing left is sound

Just see how much time it takes for the FPV to arrive from the first instance it's sound is heard. Imagine shouldering your shotgun, finding it, aiming and shooting in that timeframe.

Indian high political circle still does not have folks from military (TA does not count)

The IAS-IPS-IFS keep gaining strength in Indian politics. Look at their no.s And positions. General VK Singh in 10 yrs was not made full cabinet minister while 3-4 civil servants directly made it to cabinet positions even in the CCS. This term has even more presence of them. Compare this with USA which has seen several presidents from the services. Almost every western country has a decent number of veterans in important positions in government
