I dont know why men in India who earn decent get married

If the men do not marry and reproduce you would end up like SoKo or Japan. Worse, with a pci lower than than Thailand and with Ms in it.

Was so funny when some IT celliyas were writing paragraphs explaining why they didn't/wouldn't marry. Bitch, these guys are the ones who cry the most over M TFR.

Not sure what his lawyer said on cam (he might very well be lying) but as I wrote yesterday, Atul did not fight a good legal battle given the kind of resources he had at his disposal. Perhaps, he was too depressed and stopped giving a damn....
also his own parents and brother was not aware of the extent of his troubles, it seems. strange af.

but since sherni has said it, us men are 99% at fault.

"In 99% of marriage cases, it's the men who are at fault."

The corrupt judge asked 5 lakhs to settle the case in his favour but Atul was not aware of the ways of Dehat he kept banking on his strong evidence and legal integrity.
Had I been in his place I would have given the judge 10lakhs.

With judges and bureaucrat like these people start crying found when Adani is exposed for corruption.

So what?
Country’s like Japan, South Korea and on a much larger extent India are extremely overpopulated.

And in case of India extremely poor. Japan and Korea will get out of TFR boondoggle with automation. Meanwhile India dreams of having a constant supply of poor population who remains in servitude of middle and rich class, dare I say a case of modern slavery.

Define 'overpopulation'.

And in case of India extremely poor.

Precisely why the economy needs to grow. For its economy to grow an abundant workfore is necessary.

Japan and Korea will get out of TFR boondoggle with automation.

No, it won't. Don't cook up random BS.

I am serious, how old are you?

Edit: Consider asking the fellow forum members if they will be okay with a rapidly growing M population while you are at it.

Oh please fuck off you stupid fucking commie wanker piss loving Islamist.

Had discussion with one of my Lawyer cousins and one more lawyer acquaintance - the case will be weak against the wife. The way she said the things in court is not exactly abetment - can be argued easily as debate in court.
But since the case has managed some ground online and people are talking a lot, something serious might happen against the wife and her family.

See how wife's family is reacting: they all know they are culprit:

I don't think the wife would get sentenced or anything.

Just that abetment of suicide is a serious charge and a non bailable offense. These charges will stick with her for the rest of her life. She will be moving from one court to another, spending quite a bit on her lawyers and will find it incredibly incredibly difficult to get a new job for the rest of her life. Even the alimony/settlement that she so dearly sought gets complicated now that her ex-husband has named her directly in his suicide note.

Let us say you would not want to get involved in charges like these.

Also, India Today claims that the wife was routinely changing her statements - withdrawing old charges and filing new charges afresh. If true, this fits the textbook definition of 'mental harassment'.
I believe the ex wife & her family have foisted close to a dozen cases on the man . Remains to be seen how these progress & how the courts find now that he's no more.

What this means is someone from Atul Subash's family needs both the mental stamina & money to pursue these matters to the very end & I mean to the very end , else this will only result in the ex wife doing the rounds of courts for the abettment to suicide matter & eventually over a period of time being acquitted.

Prima facie the abettment to suicide charge only holds if the ex wife & her family are found guilty of frivolous litigation in all the other cases they've filed , for which as I've remarked the first thing Subash's family ought to do is move the HC with a writ seeking continuation of the trial in all such matters related to dowry harassment & associated cases which now is in danger of being dismissed ex parte due to the defendant being deceased.

I have lived and worked there for years. So I have an itsy-bitsy idea about how locals think and whats going on across the industry in Weeaboo land.
Their economy has been stagnant for over two decades now, real wage growth is stangant too.

A nation once primed to overtake the great America is now totally dependent on their 'allies' to thwart a potential ching invasion. Whatever little progress they made on reversing the trend of declining TFR (yes, they had multi billion dollar social programmes to 'help' their women conceive and raise more babies) has been totally wiped out by covid and their govt is now in a dilemma whether to prioritize spending on defense or funding more extensive social programmes (they cannot do both because the govt is heavily indebted).

But sure, automation would help them get out of their TFR mess because user TumAapHum thinks so (he/she has lived in Japan/Korea so have to trust him ig).

Don't wa

Let me give an anecdote from my personal life.

Every now and then, let's say my mother puts less sugar in my Coffee, and I say "Mom, there's less sugar in my Coffee" and the immediate response from her would be "No Vinash, the Coffee is fine".

This used to drive me mad. As I matured, I realised there's something evolutionary in women that stops them from taking responsibility for anything at all in their lives. They'll give a 1,000 excuses for something as small as a Coffee but never accept the truth that it was their fault of putting less sugar.

Women will do all sorts of mental gymnastics but will never accept any responsibility. They'll always claim that it was someone else's fault.

And Lodiji is bringing 1/3rd reservation in Parliament for Honda whoores like her and Menka Ghandi. He is lucky Jashodaben isn't as vindictive and vile as these elite whoores.
That bill can't be put into action unless the nationwide delimitiation is completed. It was a pre poll gimmick which, in all probability, will never get implemented.

Wouldn't bet on it after the electoral success of ladli behen Yojana. Some pappu will decide to push the envelope & then another decides to further push it & before you realise it this little piece of legislation will be the least of our problems.

I will be honest here, @Azaad

He could have handled this mess better. Was watching the interviews of his relatives and lawyer - nobody was aware what exactly he was up to; for he talked very little (something other users have pointed out already).

Attending 110+ hearings over the course of 2 years at some faraway lower court is NOT normal - approaching a higher court would have helped. As I mentioned in one of my earlier posts, even Sridhar Vembu, a freaking billionaire, is fighting a very very ugly divorce case with his ex-wife. Shikhar Dhawan had one too. Divorce cases can go ugly real quick.

There were ways to deal with this shit - especially since the guy was quite loaded too. That the lower courts are super corrupt and can be rigged is common knowledge - he should have prepared accordingly.

The repeated changes in the statements of the accuser, along with filing and withdrawing of newer charges at regular intervals should have been noted by his lawyer and could have been reason enough for a fresh petition at some higher court. Astonishing how nobody even bothered.

Perhaps he was too depressed and stopped caring altogether.

Some poeple value integrity over everything else, I think he was one of them.
5 lakhs could be solution to all of his problem but he didn't budge.
Not his fault, if we condemn him for this than we have to excuse every criminal that has bribed his way out. Calling Atul into fault is excusing everything wrong with society.
Not his fault society is rotten.

The constant harassment was solely for getting higher bribe negotiation.
Blame is not to be put on him.

He was in touch with a prominent MRA group ie SIFF so it is doubtful that he did not have any help/knowledge/legal advice. The depression angle MSM is trying to push but it's doubtful if that was even the issue here.
