The plan seems to be, keep poking ruskis with drone swarms from such 'chusa' countries out of blue or area unexpected, when russia detects and retaliates, cry foul that russia attacked a nato member and invoke the article-5 pact against being attacked.... what a brilliant and simple logic.. specially when total media is controlled( Telegram is done, same as X, to most of the curtail requirement), general public will never know what's happening except the false narrative being gulped down by sold out media. Many publics write (or rather copy), but I doubt it. To lift such a bomb, you need a Tu-22, which will drop it on the target. For our air defense, this is a gift of fate. Therefore, there are no carpet bombings like in Mariupol.

I saw this video. UPMК modules are not very accurate. The bigger the bomb, the less accurate it is. A Russian drone filmed the explosion, but we don't know if they wanted to launch this 1.5-ton bomb there.

Have you noticed that videos of 3-ton bombs hitting have almost disappeared.

I guess Russia is still trying to tweak the range and cep of the FAB3ks, unlike the smaller cousins, whom they managed to increase the range to 82-84km for 250-1k kg range ( and those smaller ones are really accurate)

Also might be a reason that recent drone strikes have burst a big chunk of higher weight fabs and missiles.. thats why we are missing the mass scale use.
Also noticed that Ukraine copied the russian tactics of smaller group uses, unlike the earlier time. for a squad size group in a 2 storied building is underkill for a 3k range bomb. May be they are at more ease now to use Iskanders than fab fatties. Lets see.

Iskander costs money. The Soviet Union made many different FABs. These are not modern bombs with improved aerodynamics, but M54 (model 1954)
Neither side uses small group tactics if there are less than 10 people in the group. Another thing is that 2-3 reach the Ukrainian positions. They fortify themselves in some crevice and wait for a new attack. The rest of them join them and with such "cockroach attacks" accumulate up to 50 people. At the same time, FABs are constantly dropped on our positions. FAB-500 hits the target only 1/14, but if it hits, it destroys everything. After that, such a combined Russian assault group attacks the rest.

It's funny. Just the other day BAE Systems signed a contract stating that they want to launch serial production of the M777 in Ukraine, and today foreign journalists were shown the Bogdana-B.
I already said that there is a pilot batch and it has been fighting since mid-summer.
The carriage is borrowed from the Giatsint-B - this means a howitzer for artillery brigades. Too heavy (approximately 8 tons) against 4.3 tons for the M777.
Perhaps in the future there will be a Bogdana-B for mechanized brigades (with a different carriage and a shorter barrel). By the way, the M114 can also be remade. Greece has transferred several dozen, but they are not at the front.
Development of a 122-mm howitzer is also underway (we will buy 105-mm howitzers either from London or Ankara).
