there must be investigation of doping. Don't expect sportsmanship from pak. They always try to break the rules.

Neeraj has to struggle with his diet too. This obsession of hindoo with all the bullshit non violence about non vegetarian diet while athletes around the world are protein maxing as much as possible.

Neeraj switched to non veg later but still has guilt in his mind. This guilt is what hampers our training and diet.

There are many ways to get protein from veg diet..

no doubt but comnsuming enough protein in your growth period is damn ! important too its a factor which we all forget
thats why i vouch for people below 18 to eat non veg (at least egg) regularly veg diets lack protein profile and even milk based food has its own problems
