Tbh that's what both factions of the NCP are hoping for & if they both get an adequate number of seats it's not inconceivable to think they'd merge & be part of a winning coalition.

This is precisely the reason I think the Mahayuti will lose & I for one won't feel bad about it one bit. If they don't respect their electorate's sentiments or can't read the writing on the wall , show the same desperation for power as the other side they don't deserve to be in power .

Till date I can't fathom why on earth did they split the NCP & got AP in when the BJP & the Shinde faction were doing just fine more so even after the resounding results of the general elections & the RSS's open rebuke .

What's restitution or removal of article 370 got to do with other states ? That article was unique to the state of J&K just as there are other such articles concerning a few NE states .

They can't.
The constitution is absolute on powers of state and center. There are many recommended literature on this. Start with Sarkaria Commission.

States have absolute powers in many matters and center can't even dream of intruding.
That is absolute and final.

There must be some power with public as well. Gun rights, total freedom of speech.

Much of deportation data is not even public. For determining something as simple as the avg no of illegal immigrants deported between 2014 and 2023, you will need to dig up a LOT.

There is an "independent" candidate who was part of PWP, but now isn't but his pamphlets declare that he is MVA and PWP #PhoolSapported, the pamphlet features logos of all MVA parties but not Uddhav Sena's Mashal
