Just few questionsKaveri wants a word.
In theory if America deny us jet engines we should be able to build it ourself
For the sake of Allah talla don't trust idrwIDRW today says that Mk1 trainers will be delivered by March 2025. Whether or not they not right on the date, are the trainers scheduled for delivery before the Mk1A?
I don't trust any Indian press (it's rubbish for accuracy where military aircraft are concerned) and online is even worse but I am curious to know if the trainers are scheduled for delivery before Mk1A.For the sake of Allah talla don't trust idrw
Mk1a is more important so already engines are limited they are using spare engines. So ig they might push down trainer as mk1a will boost combat capabilities..I don't trust any Indian press (it's rubbish for accuracy where military aircraft are concerned) and online is even worse but I am curious to know if the trainers are scheduled for delivery before Mk1A.
Will be delivered by March 2025 as per hal.So how much delay is the mk1A facing?
Are these different F404 versions plug and play? If the F404-GE-F2J3 fits the Mk1A and there are a few available, why not put them all in the trainers? Lower thrust would not really matter much, would it?I heard that we always had a few older Gen Electric F404-GE-F2J3 engines with HAL that was pre ordered for the prototypes.
What will happen to them? There was a proposal to use them for MK1A as an interim till the new Gen engines arrive. Its low thrust though. Dont know if its true.
